Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the United States.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. During busy or holiday periods, processing time may be longer. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once shipped, orders are expected to be delivered within 8-14 business days to shipping addresses in the United States.
Shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or factors beyond our control.
Payment & Billing
For your convenience and records, please note that all transactions will appear as SP HOGABAY on your credit card or bank statement.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update.
You can track your order here or via the carrier's website.
If your order includes multiple items, you might receive more than one tracking number. This can happen if products are shipped separately, meaning some items arrive in one package with its own tracking number, while others arrive in different packages with their own unique tracking numbers. Alternatively, your entire order might be grouped under a single tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
HogaBay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
